Here on Lengthy Island, you can find Chicken Rolls or even Chicken Parm Rolls in just regarding any pizzeria. It’s basically poultry Parmesan wrapped in pizza dough . They are usually made with breaded fried poultry cutlets, which makes them anything but lighting. To make it healthier I used barbequed organic chicken breast and my home made yogurt pizza dough instead. These types of rolls turned out amazing – actually my husband, who orders these all time, agreed. If you like this you may want to attempt my Nachos Sausage Rolls .
I actually teamed up with Stonyfield Organic to create this particular recipe. I always keep a few storage containers of Stonyfield Natural Plain Greek Yogurt to make bagels, pizza dough, and so forth Their yogurt is super thicker which works perfect in my lasagna dough and I love adding the additional protein. I’ve been dying to try out these chicken rolls, a child years favorite of mine and they surpassed my expectations.
These types of tasty, chicken roll-ups are so simple to make, a hit with the kids or even adults. Serve them for your meal with marinara sauce on the side with regard to dipping. They are loaded with protein which will keep you full longer, just set them with a mixed green greens to complete the meal.
I recently participated in Stonyfield’s Digital Farm Tour event where I actually demoed my bagel ball formula. What I love about working with Stonyfield is the importance they put on helping small family farms. I personally have got to experience a real farm tour using them in Vermont visiting several natural dairy farms which was such an excellent experience.

Leftovers will host in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 times. These rolls would also be great to freeze after baking plus pull out later for a quick food. To bake, thaw the night just before and reheat in the oven for approximately five minutes until warm. You can also cook them from frozen and just prepare them longer.
Inside a medium bowl combine the flour, baking powder and salt plus whisk well.
Include the yogurt and mix using a fork or spatula until properly combined, it will look like small crumbles.
Lightly dirt flour on a work surface plus remove dough from the bowl, rub the dough a few times until clean, not lumps. The dough is going to be tacky, but not sticky, about twenty turns (it should not leave bread on your hand when you pull away).
