This tasty, Chicken Brown Rice Bowl is definitely an easy one-bowl meal with chicken, arugula, avocado, tomatoes, Gruyere using a sriracha yogurt sauce.
- two tablespoons plain whole milk Greek fat free yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoons sriracha sauce , ore more to flavor
- 1 teaspoon water , in order to thin

- ½ cup cooked brownish rice
- 4 ounces prepared skinless chicken breast
- 1 oz avocado , cubed
- 6 grape tomatoes , halved

In a small dish, combine yogurt, sriracha and drinking water.
Place arugula in a shallow serving bowl. Level with rice, chicken, avocado, tomato vegetables and cheese.
