Should you rinse pasta before making macaroni salad?
Indeed, it’s best to rinse hot teigwaren with cold water before making macaroni salad. Typically, if you’re eating your own pasta cold, like in a teigwaren salad, you’ll want to rinse this with cold water right after it is done cooking. The cold drinking water stops the cooking process, lowers off the pasta, and helps prevent the particular noodles from clumping together.
