  • Reynolds Wrap®  Non-Stick Foil
  • 2 pounds extra jumbo or even collosal shrimp , 8 – twelve per pound (about 20)
  • 2 tablespoons dry white wines
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher sodium
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red-colored pepper flakes
  • 3 tablespoons whole wheat bread crumbs
  • two tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoons grated Pecorino Romano cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 2 tea spoon extra virgin olive oil
  • refreshing lemon wedges , for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 450F, line a sheet pan along with Reynolds Wrap®  Non-Stick Foil  using the dull side facing up (the non-stick side).

  • Peel, devein, and butterfly the particular shrimp open, leaving the tails on.

  • Place the shrimp in a large bowl and throw gently with wine, 1/2 tsp salt, and crushed red spice up flakes. Set aside.
