  • 6 slices bacon I like to use Turkey Bacon
  • 4-5 cups Broccoli Florets, uncooked, diced into 1/4 inch item
  • 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1/4 cup red-colored onion
  • 1/4 cup sliced walnuts, macadamia nuts, or nut products or choice chopped
  • 0.25 cup sunflower seeds
