For this greens, it’s easy to switch out ingredients on this salad if you prefer something else or even don’t have one of the ingredients on hand. Have no dried cranberries? No problem! Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a big bowl and set aside while you preparation the kale. (This will make softer the shallots and allow the tastes to get friendly).
Include the chopped kale to the dish with the dressing.
