- 2 (15 ounce cans) black beans, drained properly
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, carefully chopped
- 1/2 cup yellowish onion, finely chopped
- three to four cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup Instant Oats, pulsed within blender (or breadcrumbs, cashew flour, or flour of choice, discover note)
