- 1 egg whitened , beaten (whole egg works good too)
- sesame seeds , designed for topping (optional)
- 2 raw chicken Italian language sausage links , 3 oz complete (halved lengthwise) I like Premio
- 4 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese
- 8 teaspoons french fries sauce or marinara
- marinara sauce , for serving (optional)
