This particular delicious pasta casserole is one of our own favorite quick weeknight dinners. It is super easy to make and only requires four ingredients to make and comes together in only 30 minutes.
Pre-cooked chicken: Remaining chicken works great in this meal and is a great way to use up leftover poultry. Pre-cooked frozen chicken or Reotrtossire chicken also works perfectly.
I used chicken yet that’s optional and the dish might still work very well without this. I usually use the frozen grilled poultry when making this ahead of time because I could just mix all the ingredients make them in the casserole dish.
Pasta sauce: To bind this meal together and bring out the taste you will need pasta sauce (aka marinara, pizza sauce). This is where you can get actually creative and make the dish your own personal. You can use meat-based sauce or any kind of pasta sauce you like.
Pasta: Rotini, penni, or any type of short cut teigwaren will work with this dish. Be sure to place the pasta to boil before carrying out anything else as it takes the greatest to cook.
