Page pan meals are great when you are cooking for a large family or even don’t have a lot of time to babysit the particular dish. They’re as easy as placing all of the ingredients on a sheet pan plus popping in the oven. I create sheet pan meals all the time which sweet chili chicken and vegetables is great if you’re craving take-out. It is quick, flavor-pack and a much healthier alternate.
The chicken and vegetables are coated in a sweet soup, garlic, and soy sauce plus baked all in one pan. Serve having a side of brown rice or even noodles or prepare them within meal-prep containers and enjoy the meal at work!
- one lb boneless skinless chicken bosoms cut into 1-inch items
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 1 cup breeze peas
- For the sauce:
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet chili spices Mae Ploy
- one tablespoon sriracha optionally available
- 1 garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame seed products optional
Preheat oven to 425 levels F.
Prepare sauce: In a small bowl, whisk high temperature soy sauce, sweet chili spices, sriracha garlic, cornstarch and sesame seeds.
Spread poultry and chopped veggies on a sheet pan. Drizzle the sauce over the poultry and toss to combine. Bake within the oven for about 20 minutes or even until cooked through.
Serve with brown rice or even noodles or divide into four meal-prep containers along with 1/2- a single cup of brown rice in every container.
