Cook nudeln according to package directions, omitting sodium and fat. Drain and wash with cold water until awesome; drain well.
Combine lemon zeal, lemon juice, oil, salt, plus pepper in a large bowl, mixing with a whisk.
Place onion within a colander or sieve; rinse along with cold water. Drain well.
Include pasta, onion, cucumber, peas, trout, and dill to dressing; throw gently to combine.
